Meet your host

Hi there! I'm thrilled to invite you to take part in one of our wellness retreats here in the Jacksonville, Florida area where we can connect with nature, the people around us, the food we eat and most of all ourselves!

Five years ago, I was a different person. It was through living life with more intention and wanting to be well, that I learned everything I could about the things I loved and in turn, my journey to healing began.

Do you find yourself saying, "I just need a day!" Maybe you've never done yoga or meditation. That's okay! I am there to guide you through it. A little hiking, a little "light" yoga, a little guided meditation, a little healthy eating, meeting some new connections.

What is the duration and location of your retreats?

Our public retreats are currently one-day or half day events held in the Northeast, FL area. We also offer customized, longer retreats for private groups that can be hosted at a local or non-local destination of your choice.

Do you offer private retreats for groups?

Yes, we can offer our one-day retreats or we can design custom, longer-term retreats for private groups. These are flexible and can be arranged for a minimum stay of four nights or longer at a location of your choice. These retreats are a great option for corporate teams, community groups, or family getaways.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

Yes, we can cater to specific nutritional requirements and food allergies. We consistently offer options for different dietary needs. We ask that you inform us of your needs in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

What should I pack for my retreat?

For a one-day retreat, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and comfortable shoes for hiking (barefoot for yoga). Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, and sunscreen/bug spray as needed. A detailed welcome guide with a packing list is provided for custom group retreats upon confirmation.

Are the retreats suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our retreats are designed for all levels of experience, including those who are new to wellness, yoga, or meditation. Our instructor is skilled at providing modifications and guidance to ensure every guest feels comfortable and supported.

How much do your retreats cost?

The cost of our one-day retreats is all-inclusive and provided upfront, making it easy to budget. The pricing for our custom group retreats is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on your group's specific needs and the chosen location. We strive to provide an affordable high-value experience that aligns with your budget and wellness goals.
