II. WELLNESS SERVICES AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for or participating in any wellness session including, but not limited to, yoga, hiking, or sound healing, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks of physical injury or psychological distress. You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical movement and exposure to high-frequency sound, such as singing bowls and gongs, which may not be suitable for individuals with sound-induced epilepsy, certain medical implants (e.g., pacemakers), or during the first trimester of pregnancy. You hereby release and forever discharge Pleasant Life, LLC and its owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury or property damage arising out of your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

III. ARTWORK SALES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork sold by Pleasant Life, LLC is original and created by the artist. The Seller represents and warrants that they are the sole proprietor of all rights to the work and that the work does not infringe upon the property rights of others. Upon full payment, title to the physical artwork passes to the Buyer; however, the Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork in perpetuity. The Buyer is prohibited from reselling or reproducing the image in any medium for commercial gain without express written consent from Pleasant Life, LLC.

IV. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

The provision of your email address facilitates the transmission of necessary transactional communications, including receipts, booking confirmations, and service advisories, which are essential for the operation of our services and are issued irrespective of any marketing consent provided. Receipt of all other promotional materials, newsletters, or special offers from Pleasant Life, LLC is contingent upon the user providing affirmative, explicit consent (opt-in). Unless otherwise stated in a specific event description or service agreement, all sales of goods and services are final, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of an event.

VI. MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT

By attending our events, you grant Pleasant Life, LLC the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice captured via photography or video for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. You waive any right to royalties, compensation, or inspection related to the use of such media.
