Summer Wellness Event

Free2 h

Mandarin, Jacksonville, Florida (details provided upon registration)

Join me for a morning of homemade healthiness where I will share my method for making oat milk and no-bake oat bars. Once prepared, we'll set those items in the fridge so they can chill and then we will do our own "chilling" in a relaxing sound bath. This private session is limited to just 6 guests to ensure a peaceful and restorative environment. We will use soothing acoustic vibrations to help you release stress, clear your mind, and reset your energy.

What to bring: I have yoga mats and blankets bu tyou can bring your own too. Bring a pillow for some extra support under your head or knees (or 2 pillows for both). Some people like to wear sleep masks for ultimate relaxation.

What to wear: Dress comfortably!

Should I eat beforehand? To get the absolute most out of the experience, try to avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming caffeine for at least two hours before the session. (If you can't go without caffeine, I get it)

Arrival time: Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can choose your space, arrange your mats and blankets, and mentally settle into the room.

A Note on the Location: I am so happy to open up my home and share my personal space with you for this special session! Just as a helpful heads-up before you RSVP: I do have a dog, Honey. While she is incredibly sweet and will be safely kept in a completely separate area of the house for the entire duration of the sound bath, I want to share this upfront in case anyone has severe pet allergies so you can plan accordingly and I understand if this means you will have to decline.
