This is a highly tailorable service perfect for bridal shower weekends, girls' trips, milestone birthdays, or corporate resets. You can mix and match elements to build your ideal half-day, full-day, or multi-day itinerary:

• Yoga & Sound Healing: To ground and center your group.

• Guided Hiking: Mindful exploration of local trails.

• Nutrition Coaching: Plant-based workshops or curated snack pairings.

• Creative Art: Process-oriented flow art sessions.

• Pricing & Billing: The listed price covers the deposit. Total costs—including additional hours, participants, and expenses for food, materials, or travel—will be calculated and billed accordingly following the event.

• I Provide: Up to 10 yoga mats and 10 blankets/towels for all movement and meditation portions.

• You Provide: A designated home-base or rental space. For hiking, please ensure guests have sturdy shoes, bug spray and sunscreen. For nutrition sessions, access to a kitchen or dining area is required.
