Foundational Nutrition Program (4 Sessions)

In our first working session, we dive deep into your intake forms and health history. Payment of $95 is due at this session, which covers this appointment plus your next three milestone sessions. We will establish your primary objectives and begin building the framework for your personalized nutrition plan. This package includes all four sessions. After booking, you'll receive scheduling instructions for sessions 2–4. Note: The first session is 45 minutes but Sessions 2-4 are 30 minutes each.
